What if I have a busy schedule?
The programme is built for real life — not a wellness retreat. Sessions are 60 minutes a week. Everything in between is simple and practical. You also have your AI Companion available between sessions, so you are not left waiting until next week for support.
Do I need to be in Dubai?
No. Coaching sessions are held online and the programme supports women globally. Rupali is based in Dubai and works with clients across the UAE and internationally.
What happens after 12 weeks?
You leave with everything you need to continue independently — a clear, personalised long-term plan built around what your body has shown it needs. No programme to stay subscribed to. The goal is for you to finish knowing how to support your body going forward.
